Purchased a vacation through purchasing power assigned to Hotelblox and received info in the mail but cannot get in contact with ANYONE! Our dates are quickly approaching and after reading these bad reviews I'm worried that we won't have a vacation. Hotelblox, please don't ruin our vacation! Answer the phone! - .

I have had nothing but pleasant experience with Hotelblox. Once we booked our cruise vacation, we received our booking confirmation. We called and left a message. We received a call back within 3 days. The rep was helpful and explained every step. Everything went without a hitch and my family and I enjoyed our cruise. I will definitely recommend hotelblox to my family and friends.

We booked a cruse several months ago. We are supposed to leave on Friday. We have been given two booking numbers. Neither one of those numbers are good. Reservations refuses to answer their phone or return phone calls. This was a gift and was our first cruise. I guess, because these people are unable to do their jobs, we won't be able to take it. Now I am wondering if we will even be able to get a refund. I guess it is time for an attorney. Moral of the story if you are smart enough to check them out before you book---Don't!!!!!!
In answer to the standard reply I was given. My issue was never resolved. I was not able to go to the destinations that were planned and I was never able to upgrade my cabin. I didn't know until the day before the cruise that I was even going thanks to your poor booking agents and Loss department. I was promised airfare and upgrades on the ship. That didn't happen. So to make yourself look like the good, caring company is an injustice and a slap in the face to any decent human beings. I will be reposting to every review site, have made a complaint with the better business bureau and consumer affairs. It may not stop you from hurting others but if just one person pays attention and books with a reputable company, I've done my job.

I purchased a Disney cruise through this company back in December 2016, as of today we are 19 days out from the scheduled date and this agency hasn't booked it with Disney. They had no problem taking my money but I have no cruise to show for it. This cruise was a Christmas gift to my children and I now have to let them know that it's not going to happen.
