We had Matt the tour guide and he was incredible. Had a good sense of humor as well as great knowledge of the city and its surroundings. Overall, great experience! We passed a different Segway group from a different company, and they had 11 members in there group. Well, apparently the Chicago rule is 8 maximum members in a Segway group, so the other group was clearly breaking that rule. Matt told us all the other companies break that rule, except theirs. The defeats aren't supposed to ride through the grass either, and chances are the other companies do the same. So if you can't decide which Segway Company to pick, this is the safest, and funnest one to choose. And remember, ask for Matt, and tell him the Kempsons sent you!

Just across from Grant Park at Michigan and 9th (entrance is actually on 9th, even though their address is listed as Michigan). Good equipment, great guide, and an excellent tour. Highly recommended.

Great tour, did the night time tour and watched the fireworks. Matt, our guide, was awesome!!! He was very knowledgeable about the city and history of the city. Highly recommend this tour group - and ask for Matt - can't go wrong. Thanks!

It's great place for visiting. I like this place. But only problem is parking and traffic.

My family learned to ride and still had plenty of time for a fun tour. My daughter is 12 and my son is 14. They had no problem operating the Segway. Our tour guide, Matt, was great. We can't wait to do it again!
