Great experience! Would recommend the morning tour - Less boat traffic and smaller groups! Equipment was clean, in good working order AND Instagrammable 😉. Tour guide was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (Thanks Chris!) and the whole experience was smooth and fun. This was an awesome way to get outside, keep active, and see the city.

This was a great experience during our trip to Chicago. It is a good way to see a different perspective of the city while getting some exercise and having fun. Urban Kayaks was a great company and the people there were very nice and helpful.

First timer. Absolutely by far the best way to get some light exercise and see the amazing architecture along the river. Our guide Andy was great at telling us the history! If you have a hat I'd suggest wearing it. No shade unless you're passing under the bridge!

Arrived at 9am but no one appeared to be working here. One of the doors was unlocked and wide open, but no sign of any employees. Waited around until 9:15am and left. Disappointed I was unable to rent a kayak on this nice summer day.
Edit: Received a call later in the day explaining there was an all staff meeting happening at that time. I will try again another time
