Same thing as Monica's experience. Same excuses of identity theft and so on. Going on close to 5 months without getting a refund. Has ANYONE had success in getting their money back other than going to court? IF so, how? Thanks.

One of the most horrible experiences in my life! He is disfellowshipped and continues to swindle money from friends. The agency is now being shopped around under his wife Mary's name. He cancelled the trip 2 days before it was supposed to happen and did not refund anyone's money. He said he was a victim of identity theft and led the friends on up to 24 hours before the trip was supposed to take place. He currently has fliers out that advertise trips and cruises to take place into 2014. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!
