When I called to buy a ticket the representative was very professional and friendly. The buses may not be in perfect condition, but you get what you pay for!

Old units, horrible stops, too many stops, but friendly drivers. Will stay away for sure, I paid over $200, and other bus lines are far better and cost much less! I was told my trip would be between 32 to 36 hours, guess what IT WAS 40 HOURS FML there are roaches on board and no outlets to charge your phone plus the internet is horrible sometimes it works and sometimes it does not

Take $200 bucks and a can of Raid, those buses got roaches inside. No internet. Dirty seats but comfy enough to sleep on.

Outlets don't work bus driver is driving weird. And has some sort of road rage. Jesus get me there already. Next Time I'm flying. This was my last resort due to the holiday and NEVER again will I travel with this bus line. And I don't even want to get into the ladies and 1 man at the station in Laredo! Wow! Talk about rude and ignorant. SMH some people just need to stay home.
