The worst service ever. They make a lot of mistakes and do not give you any information after the immigration forms were submitted. Wasting of time and money!

WATCH OUT! These people do not sign their name under the tax returns. It says "SELF-PREPARED"!!! They are not even qualified enough to put their name on your return! And you cannot buy a house with a self-prepared return!!! Better spend extra money and have it done by someone professional who is actually educated in what they are doing! STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.

This place would create more problems and struggles then help. It is not cheap!!! Ladies are rude!!! They make many mistakes on legal documents. My last name was spelled incorrectly, dates on forms were from 2016 while it is the middle of January 2017!!! The less you know and understand in English the less they care !!!the more you pay!! !! They don't have any kind of price list anywhere!!!! My dad paid $ 120 for one document while told $80 over phone( that took 15 min to fill out) with several mistakes with some information missing!!! Don't think they are going to fix it!!!!!!!!! they don't care what you get!

Customer service there - depends on your attitude and approach also, but overall we had a great experience with their services and for relatively very low cost, the two ladies know what they're doing and do it professionally and they honestly try to help people. Also, if they do paper work for you and ask you to check and make sure the information is correct, it's your responsibility and your business to do so! I would recommend their services to anyone and would come back if we needed their help again. Thank you ladies for your work, it's very appreciated!
