Highly Recommend this place. We recently moved to Chicago 4 months ago and Dr. Sampson and the team were great with our 6 month old Bengal Kitten, Services included boosters, rabies, neutered and for behavior issues. They were great and called and checked up on his 24 hours after each visit.

it's convenient, the staff is always pleasant. I do feel they tend to want to do unnecessary tests (I assume that is "corporate policy), however they has always been very open to talking through all of the options available. I have brought all of my 5 dogs there and will continue. Because I am there so often I do wish check in and check out was a quicker process, but for the most part I enjoy your relationships and recommend them to any pet owner.

I've been taking my dog here for almost 6 yrs, my second for 5. Today I transferred to another location. Only in the last year have they started shaking and whining upon arrival. Unfortunately they were drop off appointments. Today was another, I dropped off my dog at 7am and got a follow up phone call at 11a assuring me they would call me back shortly. It wasn't for another 4 hrs did I have to call and follow up. I explained that morning wanting to pick him up as soon as possible. When I did he had dried urine all down his back legs. I realize they can't take all the pups out, but this has never happened before. Between the pick up, staff communication and the behavior I'm encountering from the pups when we go in, I've had enough. I'm not super picky, I realize stressful days happen. But this location is getting sloppy. And most unfortunately I feel the pups are the ones suffering.

This is the first center we started bringing our babies when my family first moved to Chicago. I called because the closest location to us couldn't see my sick baby, once calling this location they felt my dog needed care and got him an appointment. I truly appreciate them!!! Thanks

My dog a long haired Chihuahua, had to get four teeth pulled. When I picked him up he was his normal self- not groggy, sleepy or out of it in any way. Also appeared to be in very little pain then and even days after the procedure. I'm happy with the work done at the Canal location and I can Easily say my dog is too.
