I took my extremely shy dog there, I was hoping to be inside with her so she wouldn't get so scared but, I couldn't. The girl who was washing her, Carly, came out halfway through and told me how she was doing, that was so sweet. Shr gave her the best treatment she could receive, I'll definitely take her to be under Carly's care more often.

DO NOT BUY PETS FROM PETSMART. THEIR SUPPLIERS SHOVE THE ANIMALS INTO PLASTIC CONTAINERS, THEY THROW THEM ON TOP OF EACHOTHER, AND THEY FREEZE THEM TO DEATH. THEIR HERMIT CRABS ARE CRACKED OUT OF THEIR SHELLS AND FORCED TO GO INTO PAINTED ON SHELLS WHICH KILL THEM. PETSMART DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS OR ANIMALS, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. EVERYONE OPEN YOUR EYES AND STOP SUPPORTING PETSMART AND PETCO.

WOW... local fishing shop was closed so i decided to go here for worms.. bought two boxes of night crawlers, which were both taped shut in their white Styrofoam containers..... got to the water and after opening the second box it was ALL DIRT.. not one single night crawler... paid 11 dollars for 12 night crawlers when it should of been 24... really upsetting.... also - already gave this place a second chance after my dog got sick here due to lack of cleanliness throughout the facility and isles...would never bring my dog back and now after today i dont think my family or I will be returning........ still shocked the box of worms was empty!

Normally I avoid in store purchases if I can avoid it, just because of the mark ups. I got a 25% in store coupon for signing up for the text newsletters here so I ventured in to buy some dog food. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to price match to their online website and had no issues using the 25% off coupon on top of that. I will admit I had a much better experience than I would have though. Store was clean, well lit, and employees were friendly. Knocked off a star due to the listed price of the store. The dog food I bought was online listed as $53 full price but in store was $56...I didn't have to pay that amount but I don't think it's fair to others who don't notice or know better.

Lastly be careful driving down to the bottom of the parking garage, the ramp can only fit 1 car at the bottom...

Service here is unbeatable. The groomers do excellent work as well. They have a vet, doggie day care, dog boarding and an adoption center. Huge variety of products and again standout service.
