As a person who HATES going to the dentist, I actually enjoyed my appointment at Cincinnati Dental Services. Mary, my hygienist did a great job keeping me calm and cleaning my teeth up more thoroughly than any hygeinist has before! She also was very knowledgeable about how to further care for my teeth and took the time to explain to me problems I had that were never told to me by any other Dentist/Hygeinist before. I am actually looking forward to my next visit with Cincinnati Dental Services!

I have an uneasy feeling when going to the dentist, almost fearful of what might occur. Going to Cincinnati Dental Services allayed all of my worries. The staff was friendly, courteous, smiley. There was no judgment here--just the desire to make me feel at ease. For that alone, I would highly recommend Cincinnati Dental Services as the place to try for efficient and also a good value for the money -fair and reasonable makes for worry free dentistry.

I had been coming there for over a decade. Recently, I called to schedule a simple cleaning appointment and was told that It was still about three of weeks before I was due. "So can I just call back a little closer to that date?" I asked. The receptionist answered that that was just fine. I call back a couple of weeks later and am immediately informed (in not too pleasant a tone) that they are now booking six months in advance because of a new electronic scheduling system. How does it make sense to go to a worse system? Anyway. Looking for a new dentist.
