Always a good experience when visiting Dr. Herald's office. He and his staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend his practice to anyone.

The hygienist (I forget her name) was extremely professional and competent. She also had a pleasant demeanor, which is super important at a dentist office where anxieties are prevalent. Very happy with the services at Herald Family Dentistry.

LOVE my dentist! I had my first cavity filled a few weeks back and I haven't had a single problem since. I was a little freaked out and anxious before I had it done but they made me feel right at home and were so gentle I almost couldn't believe he was even working on my tooth. Very professional and very kind. Thank you all for being amazing!

Absolutely the best. In 2012, he saw me on the last day of my dental insurance and on his own time, did a lengthy root canal. The next morning, while it was still free, cleaned my teeth. On a Saturday morning. I haven't had dental insurance since, so I went in last week with an emergency. He figured out what needed to be done and in what order, making it manageable- without making me feel poor, lazy, or like an ass. His staff referred me to Care Credit. I saw him Wednesday for 2 extractions and he and his staff could not have been kinder, dealing with my anxiety and fear. I honestly can't recommend this practice highly enough. Everyone I've recommended has been sooooo happy with the care they give. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
