I have been going to Dr. Neely for over 20+ years and before I started going to this office , I would be terrified to even think of going to the dentist and would have to be tranquilized or I would go into a panic attack. Today , I can go in with no meds or fear because of the caring staff and great bedside manor Dr. Neely has with his patients. He is a very soft spoken , loveable person and genuinely cares about each of his patients. You don't feel like cattle being herded in and out. I would highly recommend Dr. Neely and his Staff to anyone who needs a good Dentist .

1. Dr Neely and staff walks you through step by step before procedure and keeps you updated during about what you may feel, hear or changes.
2. Headphones and TV remote for entertainment.
3. Provide safety glasses so you do not get anything in your eyes or your own glasses.
4. No wait in waiting room. Punctual with appointment times.
5. Detailed billing and insurance information shared in a very pleasant, no rush fashion. No billing surprises.
6. Offer late afternoon appointments, eliminating stress of missing work.
7. Extremely caring and wonderful staff.
8. Corrected dental errors from previous dental office.
9. Free parking behind the building in lot. No meters. Huge plus

I have been going to Dr. Neely for quite a few years and I have always been pleased with the service. Everyone has been just great, I would not think of changing my dentist unless I absolutely had to. I do not have an unkind word for any of the people who work in there. I would recommend Dr. Neely to any if my friends or relatives.

Just started going to Dr. Neely during the fall of 2013. He and his staff are wonderful. They are professional, reasonably priced.and very technology savvy when it comes to appointment reminders. The text reminders are great.
I would highly recommend using Dr. Neely.
