I visit Mercy hospital today feeling as though I was going to die of pain. As I walked in I felt the warmth and kindness of the registers. I was seen soon as I was checked in. The nurse who placed me in my room, touched me with a prayer pen given to me. Tears and hope came to me as I read it. Dr. Blankenship was the most realist, kind, and gentle doctor I have encountered in a ER. He real cares and knows his stuff. I would recommend him any day and I'm a hard one to please. I feel better all ready! Thank you Dr. Blankenship and your wonderful staff. God Bless you all! Good Luck! Back to sleep I go. I had to share my experience while it's fresh! Before 🤕🤒😷😢😨😩After😇😴😪😊😄

The assisted living department is great. The staff really cared for my mom. The nursing seems to be a little under staffed on the weekends.

The head of nursing decided it would be a good idea to come in my grandmother's room, as she was dying, and treat my family with the most disrespect I've ever seen from a medical personnel. I hope she sees this and from one medical personnel to another Get ANOTHER JOB and go back to PA! Your lack of empathy puts you in the lowest category of POS's out there. If you care about elderly go elsewhere with rehab and hospice care, they were just waiting for my grandma to leave. They couldn't even get her meals right. Disgusting.
