Planned Parenthood is an amazing organization and has helped me out a lot whether I've had insurance or not. I love my nurse practitioners. I wish I could have gotten an appointment sooner at the Louisville clinic.

Went here for Depo shot twice. I gained 50 pounds, now have scars, and when I went there I was also tested twice for STDS and came back negative. Turns out I had one the whole time and it costs me my fertility. I may not be able to have kids ever because of this, so obviously someone isn't doing there job. This is a horrible place to go to and they obviously DO NOT CARE about you and your health. Please do yourself a favor see a REAL Gynecologist, it could save your life and your ability to have a family one day. Because of these people my life is ruined, one of my biggest regrets by far.

Amazing service. Booked an appointment same week I called, was seen 15 minutes after checking in. I am not sure what another reviewer means by "new patient fee", I was not charged that at all. I paid my normal copay. The doctor who saw me was very knowledgeable and kind. She went out of her way to give me all the info I needed and filled my prescription as well. Definitely coming back. Love you guys!

I love what u do and how much help u provide very awesone.friendly.helpful staff.... but as.a.single.mom u make.it really hard.to.keep apt.... i receive the depo shot.from.u and it woud.be so much easier.if.my.daughter.was.allowed.to.cone.back with.me.while i get.it....i just cancelled a apt bc she is not.allowed... please tell me.what the harm in her coming.back is??? Its.just a.vitals.check and.a.shot.in the butt....you Need to make things easier and try to accommodate single mothers a little better....i don't have anyone who can watch my daughter during the day
