Kenny Hoffstedder and Savannah Merlin have been extraordinary when it came to handling my homeowners insurance for our new house this past spring. As we live in Brooklyn, NY and this is our second home, they handled everything so smoothly and efficiently that I can't thank them enough. They are always available and communicate At the highest level. I highly recommend this team. You can't go wrong

Go here for insurance. Ask for Kenny if you want someone who knows all of the ins and outs as well as tips and tricks for getting you the best insurance quote he can. He is great at his job, extremely personable, and it was pleasure working with him! I definitely recommend them!

Jayme Rice "representative" has helped me for the last few weeks to take care and answer all my insurance claim questions after my vechile was hit. First class customer service in a timely manner. Trust state Farm and i highly recommend the Fort Thomas branch of Joe Dalbey.

I have had my auto insurance through Joe Dalbey State Farm for the past 3 years. Luckily I've never had to use my insurance until now, but I couldn't imagine having a better team on my side to help me sort things out.

I was recently in an accident and was trying to file a claim through the at-fault driver's insurance. They were incredibly difficult to get in touch with but Jayme stepped in and made things happen! It wasn't easy, but she was really persistent. She arranged for a conference call with the other insurance agency so that all three of us could talk. She knew this was my first ever auto insurance claim and I felt like she looked out for me like a protective older sister (the good kind of course!). She stayed on the phone with us, made sure I got all my questions and concerns answered, and made a few suggestions to try to help speed the claim process up. She continued to work with the other agency for almost a month to sort things out and kept me informed every step of the way.

Jayme went above and beyond to make sure that my claim was attended to, that I understood what was going on and what would happen next. She is the best person to have on your side, especially if dealing with insurance is new to you or makes you a little uneasy. She makes you feel like you're her only client and will do everything she can to take care of you. Thank you, Jayme!
