The convenient location of the gym downtown is great for a guy like me who is always on the move. The composition of the gym allows for a more personal workout because there are different areas for designated machines, benches, treadmills, other cardio, etc. There was no pressure, staff members were helpful and informative but didn't make me feel uncomfortable.

I love this gym, the staff are wonderful and their are always Personal Trainers around from Nutrition Dynamic willing to offer advice and answer any fitness and nutrition related question. They also have a wonderful selection of healthy snacks and drink. This Snap has definitely won me over.

This is the most friendly and professional gym I have ever been in. The front desk service is wonderful and always up for a conversation and knows everything about the city.

I work downtown and this location is super convenient. Has every machine I'll ever need and it even has a POOL!

Best gym in Downtown Cincinnati by FAR. The only 24 hour gym and it is now one of the largest! Love it here! The new location in the Carew Tower is amazing and offers even more amenities than before.
