The Oak St Location really upsets me. The few times I've been there there is rarely anyone at the counter, there's no bell, so I've stood around for 10-15 minutes waiting for a clerk. The first time I went here the clerk told me that I didn't have an account after I have her my account number. I literally had to repeat it 3 times until she typed it right in the system. Sadly, she wasn't a very pleasant person either!

Love their 100% free checking but doesn't have too many ATMs or locations around.
