PNC Bank

This is my bank. It is a full service bank and do it pretty well. It has had all the services I have ever needed and at the same time I felt more comfortable with everybody I've come across. I don't feel like just a number when I'm there.

I recently had a personal business interaction with Page Klein, AVP Branch Manager at the Buckner, Ky branch. I do on line banking so I rarely have to go into the bank. I just wanted you to know what a wonderful and pleasant and knowledgeable young woman she is. She took the time to answer all my questions and never demonstrated any impatience. I didn't think the previous long time manager could ever be replaced but you have made a wonderful choice in Ms. Klein. Thank you

Extremely difficult to work with. No one can do anything but the branch manager who is never there (Walton Creek Branch). First time I thought it was a fluke but it appears to be the culture of PNC or at least this branch. We opened an account with them because of the convenience of the ATM's in UDF stores but they are not worth the trouble. Our credit union is great to work so we keep most our banking there but they don't have the ATM's. Stock Yard Bank has free ATM's. Any ATM anywhere in the world is free so there is where we are going. Check it out.
