Oh wow! Surprisingly unexpected customer service! 5 Stars for "Guy" in the drive thru killing it with smiles, receipts, napkins and a skillset for customer service that is far and few! Food was perfect and yes, Frisches is awesome!

Great place to choose soup and salad bar for a quick bowl of soup or order from extensive menu full of hometown favorites such as Fish Sandwich or The Big Boy Sandwich that brings tartar sauce to your taste buds... Whether you have 5-10 minutes, or an hour, come join us for a bite... Bon appetit...

It's hit or miss with this location. Today was pretty good, food and service. In the past it's been pretty bad though.

Mike is the best waiter! He was very attentive and made sure our drinks were never low. He informed us he hasn't been working at this location long but it looks like he's been here for years!!

I ordered a big boy combination sandwich "made to order" which means make it fresh. My request is rarely honored & do not recommend going there because they prepare their food before it's ordered so it's barely warm to keep the drive thru moving like McDonalds. I would rather pull forward & wait while it's made fresh so it's hot when I get it.
