Fantastic and different comfort food. The idea of a steamed sandwich, a warm pretzel but in your hand and yet it is still soft and moist; that right there is a fine catch.

The guy at the counter was great... the steamed burgers were not. They were so wet they were almost inedible.

I eat here pretty often. It's a unique approach to a sandwich shop, and they have plenty of quirky creations as well as an option to create your own. There isn't a lot of seating in the upstairs dining area. But, the service is really friendly and the food is good. Plenty to choose from if you're vegetarian.

Had my first experience with Gilpins today using a Groupon. They were kind to introduce the menu to us and waited patiently for our order. I did a custom sandwich of my own and she had a colorado turkey. Both were very tasty. I'll definitely be back for more!
