Terrible experience. Sat waiting for my waitress for 15 mins. Brooke, who was my server tried to redeem herself by saying that she was busy and took our order, then forgot to ring in our Appetizer. She told us she forgot, and then rang us in the wrong thing and told us she’d take care of it on our bill. We get our check and of course it was on there for us to pay when it was NOT even what we ordered but we were so fed up with our experience we payed and left. Hopefully next time we get better service!

Absolutely a great place to go for very good food. I've been here many times, and tried so many of the dishes. Not once have I been disappointed by the choice. Service is hit or miss, sometimes you get a slow poke, but generally they are all very friendly and seem to want to be working there. Which is a change of pace compared to so many other places.
I also gotta say, their ribs are superior! Far better than you get at rib joints or steakhouses. Those other places are so dry, chewy, slopped on sauce, bleah. O'Charley's are just perfect and you can even eat them all without even getting messy! The meat just falls off the bone.
