Food is fine, service is amazingly slow. Lady at the drive-thru window was very rude. She acted like we were causing her an inconvenience by asking for some honey and the ice water that we had ordered and she forgot. Then, she proceeded to tell us that she wasn't getting paid overtime for this and shut the window on us. Always had bad experiences at this popeyes but we won't be back after this time.

This has got to be one of the worst run fast food places around. I love Popeyes chicken, their gravy, red beans and rice, and jambalaya, but I only come to this one when I forget how frustrating it is to deal with the incompetence.

Gravy was disgusting. Popcorn shrimp was like rubber. Green beans were mush. Biscuits were hard and extremely salty on the bottom which was weird. The chicken was dry. The best thing was the orange fanta. I will never pay for their over priced food again. This was the Covington, Ky location During the Fireworks when I went through the drive through. Customer service was average. They did say have a good night.

Got the Tuesday special white. Never saw such a small wing, lol. Looked like a pigeon wing. The breast actually was half a breast and had what looked like a chicken neck attached! Gross! Pretty awful really. You would think they would take more pride in what they do. Sad.

Delicious food but slowest service on the planet, both drive through and walk in. Always gets something wrong on the order as well. Ordered the new surf and turf this time. Received fish instead of tenders. Another time, they totally left out my extra biscuits. I keep going back though because it really is good food.
