First time in Cincy I found a great Chicago-style with really fresh toppings! On busy street, take it home, not a dine-in kinda spot.

Terrible customer service, told us it was a 45 min. wait. Pizza showed up an hour and a half later and was the wrong pizza. Obviously someone else's order. Spoke with the manager on duty Tom and he was rude and told me I had to keep the pizza to exchange but I only had one day to do so. Horrible customer service, called me dude and got angry with me on the phone and said he would be happy to hang up with me. I manage a high level customer service retail environment and if any of my employees acted like he did they wouldn't be working for me. I asked him for another option for resolution and he would not give me one. My first time ordering here and you can guarantee I never will again.

Food is always fresh and good. When you ask them to cook food well done it not burnt but it is well done. Very good place to eat from!
