Get the chicken, try the biscuits, and if you still have space maybe get the sides. The real star of this restaurant is the fried chicken. I personally enjoy the chicken here more than other places in Cincinnati and the wait isn't nearly as long.
There have been kitchen/AC/seating issues in the past but most of the time it's been great. The staff has always been good and the food is great. Overall a solid addition to the area's restaurants.

Wonderful staff and food! The perfect relaxed atmosphere for a casual brunch on a lazy Sunday afternoon. The staff was super accommodating and helpful, taking the time to chat and answer our questions amidst the chaos of the after-church crowd. My boyfriend got the fried chicken and biscuits, while I sampled a few sides (mashed potatoes, green beans, and biscuits/gravy.) Not a crumb was left behind. We'll definitely be back!

Great place. I have been here a few times. The first time I had shrimp and grits which were really good. the second time I had a chicken biscuit which was fantastic. The biscuit was flaky and wonderful. Also, one of the few places in Cincinnati to get good collard greens.

Great cocktails, good bourbon, great service, inexpensive, and delicious. Get the pimento fritters! I had meatloaf with mac and cheese subbed for potatoes. Meatloaf was nothing like i was expecting in a great way, almost reminded me of a delicious sausage. Housemade hot sauce was 10/10. Cant wait to come back.

This is my first food review and unfortunately it's not a positive one. After ordering the fried chicken with waffles and coffee, I, along with others in our party, anxiously awaited our first taste of this meal! To our dismay, the first bite of chicken/waffles was disappointing. Waffles were cold, not even slightly warm. As I ate into the fried chicken breast, I noticed red and pink layers of chicken and juices oozing onto my plate. The chicken breast was not fully cooked.
I immediately bought it to the attention of our server and requested the manager, who came and apologized for the uncooked chicken. In addition to the undercooked chicken, a server gave me a coffee refill and spilled coffee on my cell phone. This was a very bad dining experience. I don't plan to return.
