If rating Mitchell's expensive experience I would give it a 4 due to the up sell practice but in rating my wife's hair stylist/colorist I have to give her a 5. She is kind, accomodating, quick from start to finish, funny, and just a master of her craft. Alas, she must remain anonymous or my wife would never be able to book a future appointment with her...then again....so her name is Ah, I can't do it. I can give a hint though: rumoured to be the stylist behind "The Dalton".

Gotta see Kendra for a facial! Not only is she funny and keeps me laughing the whole time but she also makes me feel so beautiful afterwards! Love her!

I go to Mitchell's because there is a high bar for talent and professionalism ; I know it will be right and I have never been disappointed. The stylists don't waste time jabbering so I know they are focused on doing their best work to help me feel great about myself. My stylist is the bomb!
