Took my cat here thinking I was going to have to put my pet down and they we're so friendly and helpful to my pet he's all well now. Will definitely be back for regular pet care.

I have been going to the Western Hills location for years! I absolutly love Dr. Johnson, I believe she truly cares about my dogs. She takes time to explain the test results and answers any questions I might have.

Wanted to sign me up for a "subscription" to vet care for my animals, more or less. They wanted around $800 (in 12 easy payments plus $150 upfront!) to spay my cat plus pay for a years worth of vaccinations and vet visits...

Took my cat to United Coalition for Animals (UCAN). Got her spayed and vaccinated for around $50.

Never going near a Banfield with one of my pets ever again.
