poor uncaring customer service from both manager and csp. prepaid one price then charged a different price upon arrival. charged 3 times on my credit card. called and email crop several times, no response

Prices and services are good but all of their cars smell like pot. Seriously...all of them.

When I arrived at the pick-up location the gentleman greeted me in a kind and professional manner. I had not worked all year and am recovering from injuries. With minimal income from unemployment, cost of living expenses, delayed money owed me from college, and other needs I could not pay my car note and unfortunately my car was repossessed. Avis was there to help me not miss a beat! I had recently been reinjured in a car accident and had to get to therapy twice a week as well as follow up doctor sppointments. AVIS HELPED ME GET ON TRACK!
When I needed to extend the rental all I had to do was call and everything was updated. When I went to return the car at the airport, which was not the location I picked the rental up from, they employee's at the airport were just as kind and professional as those in the downtown Cleveland location I initially picked the rental up from.
Thank you Avis for being my angel when I needed someone to bless the lady who blesses EVERYONE else!!!! I do not have a car but I have peace of mind knowing I can count on Avis when need be...

I love the ease of picking up and returning my rentals from Avis. The cars are always nice and clean and in excellent condition. Avis has the best deals.
