Fenn Tower is a great dorm and probably the best experience of Cleveland State University. However this is Labeled as Residence Life: one of the worst parts of the University. They are an outsourced company, who claims no accountability to neither students nor the University. They treat their residence and employees poorly, have inspired protests and near riots, they have vague, ridiculous rules that they love bending in their favor, and have no respect for anyone. The on campus employees, however, are generally nice and will usually do what they can for you.

The building is fantastic and the utilities are really nice and all new,
But, they are charging too much, and rooms are kinda small
I lived there for 4 months and wouldn't do it again.

I helped my daughter move in yesterday. The main lobby area is very clean and open, with a large open area, a computer lab, both passenger & freight elevators, a movie theatre and vending area. Access to the residence floors is very secure with swipe cards and key locks and the front desk is attended 24/7 as well. Access to the Main Classroom and new Student Center is easy and fast, only 5 minutes walking. Very nice accomodations as well.
