By far the worst experience I've ever had!!!! I waited for 4 hours!!!! And still wasn't being seen for a physical, which they said I had to wait and that is another 45 minutes plus another hour for donation!! Then some guy, which is the second time I have tried to come here, was super rude and said I had to start ALL over again because I couldn't wait for the physical. I missed one phone conference and had a second one I was going to miss because the staff was extremely disorganized. They even lost my chart after they just had it!!! I was referred by your Fargo, ND location and I will never ever go back to this company. If I can give a ZERO I would have! Super unprofessional, dirty and 6 plus hours is just absolutely insane when it was not that busy!! Worst company ever.

They is so unprofessionally there they say u gotta make a appointment if u a new donnor they stop seening new donnors after 5 people then take forever to get u through i would go to lorain befor here and they give mo money here yall sucks move to slow. Man. 2yearold cuz would do circles around them

Horrible place!!! Slow Af and they don't give af!!! Workers are slow as in they don't know ish and they don't wanna pay us nothing for donating. They should be shut down!

This place is extremely slow. Staff its unprofessional. In fact right in front of me as a new donor one of the staff members was arranging to go home e with a client for their birthday. Out takes 3-4 hrs every time i go. Going through the procedure as a new donor was Hell took 5 hrs literally. What can i say. Just not so good.

They are slow as hell. Very unprofessional! There are two other centers locally that move faster, are cleaner, and pay better! I recommend you try those!
