Serves it's purpose as a parking garage. Rates are high but free when at Casino for longer than 30 minutes.

Could have been built better. It's ridiculous as to how tight maneuvering is for cars trying to enter and exit during peak hours. Valet is not bad at all, although some attendants do need coaching on the meaning of professionalism.
