Good and awful.
I had the potato pancakes, and they were not what I expected them to look like and had burnt edges/tips, but I enjoyed eating them and the salmon on top was good. The staff was very slow and not involved.
The awful part was the bakery. I think I am happy living in ignorant bliss about how old the literally rock hard cupcakes were, and the frosting did not even move. How can you post that you won a competition and then sell me that garbage? If I did not live half an hour away I would have gone back to your store and demanded a refund. Even the macaroon was hard, how long do you keep your bakery? Do you have no standards?
Beyond disappointed in my experience, and I will never buy bakery from you after this terrible experience.

Absolutely the most delicious breakfast in Cleveland. Generously portioned. Uniquely envisioned. The chorizo gravy and the chicken and the egg are my two favorites.

Went here for brunch and it was excellent. Service was good and the chicken and waffles was incredible. Had a wide selection of options for brunch. You will generally have to wait about 30 min for brunch, but it was worth it.

Food is a bit pricey, but everything on the menu is quite good. The staff is generally very attentive and kind as well. This is a great spot to grab an early early breakfast while the rest of Ohio City is closed.

I've been to Bonbon every time I've visited Cleveland, it's a great breakfast place. The staff is friendly, the chefs are good and the prices are reasonable. I would have given them a five star rating had it not been for the fact that they do not enforce the sign outside, saying that weapons are not allowed . Ohio allows open carry, but establishments are free to prohibit weapons. Bonbon has a sign outside saying that they do not allow weapons, and still there was a guy carrying a gun on our visit there Friday August 12. The armed person and his company arrived after we had been served, otherwise I woild have left because weapons make me very uncomfortable. I really expected Bonbon's staff to enforce the sign, and this experience was the low mark of this visit to Cleveland.
