Not at all what I expected walking into a place that looks like a real diner. There are no waiters or waitresses. No actual metal flatware or ceramic plates. Napkins are dispensed from a napkin dispenser you would find at a fast food restaurant. This is essentially a school cafeteria in disguise. The staff were friendly enough to avoid complaints. The food took longer than I expected but was hot and tasted good. You have to go pick it up yourself when they call your name. I work at the hospital nearby and was hoping to experience something besides the horrible cafeteria atmosphere. The hunt continues. I don't recommend the Den and will unfortunately not be back.

This place steals from students. The food is mediocre and the service is horrendous. Food is never prepared timely and the workers are incredibly rude. I'd rather have an actual Denny's with quality customer service than a bunch of unorganized workers and condescending attitudes. I ordered online through a third party app (an app that you are forced to use by this excuse of a restaurant.. they refuse to take phone-in orders). Each time I order the app says that the food is ready, I go to the restaurant, and still have to wait 45 minutes in a mass of confused chaotic students. The last time I went there I vowed to never go again. I placed an order and was charged, went to the restaurant, and apparently they lost my order and refused to give me the food I paid for. The worker then proceeded to get into a yelling match and attempted to sic a cook/manager on me because SHE refused to give me food. I checked my account the next day and luckily the app reimbursed me. Honestly, if you are questioning going here, SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to a place where the workers have manners.

Food is good, though service is questionable.
Last time I ordered something they put bacon on it and I don't eat that and it came with fries I didn't order. The wait is usually about 20 minutes

Great service! Food is absolutely delicious and it is a fun atmosphere. Employees are nice and friendly! Highly recommend it!!!
