I have been to Latitude 41 a bunch of times for lunch and I always enjoy my meal. However, today my husband and I went there for lunch. I ordered the steak salad. When it came out I was disgusted, the steak was more fat than meat. So, I go to take the 2 pieces off the top to place on the side dish, when I do this there is 3 other pieces connected by huge fat all stuck together. So gross!! Out of the 7-8 pieces I have on top of the salad I would say 6 where almost completely fat. So, I go to return it for something else and was told they can give me another steak but I can not exchange it for anything else on the menu. Are you kidding me? I do not think anyone would have eaten the meal that was brought out to me. The customer service for this issue was horrible and I will not be going in Latitude 41 ever again. You are suppose to please your customers, that is why they will keep coming back. The meal they brought to the table should have never left the kitchen.
