They had the ratchets cashier tonight August 31st about 9pm. She openly joked about giving me old food took about 20 minutes in the line. Openly said "I can't wait to get all these MFS out this line"...poorly presented herself and looks like she has poor hygiene. I will not return

I wish I could give them a 0. This place is horrible, always running out of food, lines always long, customer service horrible, & machines always down. Just very disappointed, I had to drive to a east side for good service. Smdh

Horrible customer service at drive thru. I had to repeat my order 6 times and was asked again what my drinks were at the window. No bag, napkins, silverware, or honey. Ordered two drinks, got one straw. Old unappetizing chicken. Got dark instead of white. And was forced to get mild for fresh chicken. Manager was rude about my experience there.
