Top notch high end cuisine without a high end price and some of the best cocktails in the city. I've been a regular patron of both locations and have never been disappointed in the food or drinks. Speed of service can vary with the amount of people in the location, but the few times it's been very slow I've been comped the meal. Honestly my preference is to sit at the bar here anyways where the staff are always very friendly and attentive. I've enjoyed speaking with owner / chef Michael Nowak every time I've had the chance because you can just see he has a passion for everything he is doing with this place. That's the kind of drive I never hesitate to support.

Our entries were great. Our first time there. Server not knowledgeable about beer choices or painting a palate picture of the menu options. Desserts were just right size, not overwhelming, and very tasty.
5 stars for entre, 3 stars for service.

This is one of my favorite places in the city. The ambiance maybe not a huge step over the competition, but every meal I've had here has been excellent. I generally love pork so it's no big surprise, but I would recommend this place highly.

One of the best meals I have ever had. 5 courses of near perfection. Fantastic food, fantastic drinks. Yes, it's easy to run up a big tab here, and the food may take a bit of time to come out, but restaurants of this quality are rarely cheap, and this is a dining experience. If you want fast food, go to a fast food restaurant. If you want an impeccably prepared meal with depth and substance, try The Black Pig. Perfect for an anniversary or an intimate birthday dinner.
