This place has the best cocktails in Cleveland! From the most classic classics to new recipes and everything in between. You'll pay for them, but thru are worth every penny! This remains the classiest bat in Cleveland, no other cones close!
VTR is a great stop before or after dinner, but if you come early you have a great chance of getting a couple of seats at the bar, which is awesome because you get great conversation and a front row seat for some really cool cocktail making!
Finally, you can reserve the back yard for private parties, which is a great way to enjoy VTR privately with friends!

The best Manhattan in Cleveland, hands down. Great scotch and whiskey drinks in general. Really cool atmosphere with live music, and a great happy hour discount ($8 per drink).

Excellent cocktails and atmosphere. During happy hour drinks are 10 dollars and totally worth it. Outside of happy hour they are 18 dollars pee. Parking is convenient and the staff are knowledgeable. Must be checked out if you are in the area.
