Our Ladies Connecting group from church took this cruise on Sept. 23. The quality of the luncheon was way above expectations, and many commented on how good the food was. EVERY staff member was friendly, polite, and helpful. The scenery was fantastic and the taped commentary was informative. A "Goodtime" was had by all!

I shared a Goodtime III ride with my 9-year-old nephew. He enjoyed looking in to the water, looking at the seagulls, choosing our seats, pointing out other boats (especially the sailboats), and the many bridges. The cruise was just lovely for me all around. And towards the end of our trip, Kevin turned to me and said: "This is so-calming, I really like it."
I shared a Goodtime III ride with my 9-year-old nephew. My family and I enjoyed the cruise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Boat ride was smooth and not choppy. The only issue I had was that there was only one food galley on the first floor which meant a 20-30 minute wait to get snacks. It would have also helped if the galley started service at 11:30 when we boarded. Overall we liked it and would like to go again. Our kids loved the views and seeing the bridges.

Fabulous viewing platform for cleveland air show over Labor Day weekend. Crew & staff were especially helpful -- we came aboard in wheelchair -- and so cheerful despite a very full boat. It was a wonderful day on the water, clean ship & restrooms, and probably a lot more comfortable than the kayaks, motor boats & sailboats bobbing around us! Great experience

Overall, a good experience. There are a few improvements that could be made. We went on the Sunday lunch cruise and the food was good. Friendly service. The narration was informative and interesting. There are two things I would like to see improved. First, the line for the bar was outrageous. My husband waited around 20 min in line during the cruise making him miss a portion of the tour. Some people waited even longer just for water and Gatorade. There should have been more than one bar open. There was another bar downstairs but it wasn't open. Also, the line to get on the ship is full sun during the day. They need to put up a sun shade. We stood in the beating sun for over 30 min. Very uncomfortable. Otherwise, a good trip.
