Kristen took great care of me. I had an emergency and was a walk in only an hour before they closed. She found me a car quickly and got me on the road. She worked hard to get me a great deal, and she was extremely friendly and personable. It's clear she loves her job and loves helping people.

The location was clean and the gentleman at the desk was friendly and professional. They did not have the car class I reserved available, but placed me in a luxury class car for the same rate with no questions asked or attempted up-sell sales pitch. Very respectful and above the line. Hertz, and this location specifically, will get my rental business everytime I travel to Columbia from now on.
