This place is awful. I would never again. They do not know the meaning of customer service. They are very rude. After all of the years I have been going there I just saw Dr. Browns true colors. If her staff does something wrong she will not address the issue. She will send someone else to talk to you. Very unprofessional. That means she does not care anything about her clients. The lady in the front might be kin to her and uneducated because she is rude and gets aggravated easily. Definately not her profession. Dr. Brown condones it.

The lady at the front desk is just nasty. It's six of us and we will not be going there anymore. One less nasty person I have to deal. She act like this is the only dentist around here. I just called up there to tell Dr. Brown about the lady in the front she hung up in my face. She is very rude.

Love Dr. Brown and her staff. They my family and I feel very comfortable. My family and I have been going to Dr. Brown for years. I would recommend everyone to become a patient of hers.

I love Dr. Brown and the staff. I have a fear of the dentist but they make sure that my fear is at ease. They treat you like family. I would recommend everyone to go there.
