I have ordered glasses in July and have been waiting patiently it is now November and haven't heard anything else but will call when its ready. Wonder why its taking so long and haven't got an update yet the number they have listed on site just be wrong cause it beeps every time I call. Like others have stated it should be some type of refund for waiting.

Ordered glasses ....6 weeks ago they still haven't arrived nor did anyone bother to call! I had to call them instead ..perhaps I'll get a refund. They only explanation was ohhh..we're backed up! That's fine, however you should probably call me ??! Just saying !!!!

Please do not go to this place!! It has been 2 months since glasses have been ordered and they still can not give me a date that they will be ready. What is the problem with them? Maybe they should shut their doors if this is the best they can do. They do not deserve any stars.

It's been over three months since I haven't gotten my glasses from them I wonder what is taking so long

NOT HAPPY.

I've been using H. Rubin on Forest Drive for a few years now, but IMO the service is really declining. I am really considering this being my last visit w/them.

At my last appointment, I took two sets of frames in to have new lenses made and installed; which I spent a pretty good amount on. It's been nearly a month and I still have not received my glasses back yet. When I call, they say they've not arrived and they'll call me when they do arrive. On one occasion I thought they were going to call the lab to check on the status of my glasses and get back to me, but they did not. Each time I try to talk to the office manager she is on her "day off." I asked about canceling my order and getting my frames back, but I need to speak to the office manager to do so, but she's still (always) on her "day off."

While they are pleasant when you visit with them; their after the appointment care is not as pleasurable.

There are number of other eye care companies out there that also produce quality eye wear, but do not take nearly as long and do not leave you waiting w/o any indication when the service will be completed.

Very disappointing. I would not recommend using H. Rubin on Forest Dr if you want timely service or you care about being informed.
