Had my vasectomy In and out in an hour no pain at all staff are very nice and the dr is a pretty cool guy.

Warning. Do not do business with Capital Urology. I was referred to Dr Edmonds by many friends and he came highly recommended. Due to an extreme circumstance, I could not make my scheduled consultation and called immediately looking to reschedule. Whoever I talked to could care less that I could not make the appt and demanded $50 before anything else was scheduled. While I understand the policy and apologized having to reschedule, I still wanted to be a patient. They would not budge and started sending me letters threatening to turn me over to credit bureaus for $50! I even asked if the $50 could count against my final patient bill.....another no way. At this point it was not about the $50. I took my business elsewhere.

The doctor was great, his office people are horrendous. My insurance covered everything except for a $30 copay but I was required to pay $300 up front, 3 weeks before the procedure. I was told I would be refunded the $ after the insurance was filed. My insurance paid the claim 1 week after the surgery. I called multiple times & it took 3 months before they gave me my $ back. The worst of it was their terrible attitudes as if I was in the wrong for asking for MY money!

Everyone at the practice was extremely nice and courteous. Dr. Edmunds preformed my vasectomy in about 15 minutes. He was very personable and treated me as a person, not just another patient.

I would not hesitate to return to, or refer anyone to, Capitol Urology.

It was quick and painless, Dr Edmunds was very knowledgeable and it was a very pleasant experience. I had a vacetomy procedure and I am now home with no pain. Very pleased.
