This office has become an horrible place....when I had my daughter 4 years ago, I would of recommended anyone but now it's just a poor place. When I was pregnant with my second child the doctors were always in a rush and the nurses in the front were rude. I paid $50 for a gender ultrasound which they wanted me to reschedule but I told them no. Third time I was pregnant was the worst, I tried so many times to get an appointment, the appointment nurse wouldn't even schedule so I hung up and called back. My pregnancy ended in a miscarriage, I called to be seen and the appointment nurse told me I coundnt be seen because I am not pregnant but I was instructed to see my OB to check my HCG levels to make sure it was a miscarriage. I will never step foot in this office!

I have been going to this practice since they merged with 3 Rivers OBGYN. I have had nothing but positive experiences. I read the other reviews and don't recognize many of the names so I'm guessing some of the old doctors have moved on. I absolutely adore Dr. James Johnson. He is one in a million. Dr. Smythe is wonferful as well. The office staff is polite and courteous. I've never had a problem getting an appointment or seeing a doctor when I needed to. They do have a new policy about no children coming to appointments that I see many people griping about. If you've never had a high risk pregnancy, then you have no need to comment. This policy is for the protection of the women who are patients at this practice. I'm sure there are plenty other doctors who allow children to come but I for one appreciate my doctor protecting me when I was having a complicated, high risk pregnancy. I cannot say enough good about this practice. I am going to hate it when Dr. J retires.

Excellent care. There is a no children policy bc high risk mother like me have no immune system and if a child comes in sick and gets one of us sick it's automatically us being admitted and we have our own children to care for not to mention our unborn.

New office policy! No children allowed in office, NOT even in the WAITING ROOM. I don't recommend this place if you don't have steady reliable childcare.

No complaints about doctors and nurses, but I think the office management made a poor decision on this policy.

Did they even consider stay-at-home-moms; military wives with spouses deployed; or single parents?!!! What about dads that want to attend appt., but have to take off work just to watch sibling??? The office manager seems disconnected to the realities the patients face when creating policy. This is NOT a family oriented practice.

Pregnancy is hard enough and the frequency of the routine checkup appts. (especially in 3rd trimester) and scheduling childcare is overwhelming.
