The medical staff I was helped by was very nice and took care of my medical needs however the billing department was still showing I owed money that I had already paid. I do not appreciate being told I have an outstanding balance because someone in the home office hadn't done their job. According to the woman at the check in desk my payment was processed but no one took the outstanding bill off my account. If this happens again I will let the legal system handle it.

I came in on a Saturday morning after hurting my back on Friday night.

I checked in online at 10:50 and was told to expect to be seen at around 12:05. I waited at home and received a text when I should go in. Once there, wait time was well within reason.

The woman who took my vital signs was extremely unfriendly bordering on rude and aggressive. Her attitude made me feel very very uncomfortable and on edge. If I had not been in so much pain I would have gotten her name and made a complaint about her. It felt like she had a deep personal hatred for me.

I was seen by Dr. Arthur Kennedy. At first, he seemed uncaring and cold. He asked questions and examined my back, then left the room. When he returned, he let me know his plan to help me and what the long-term plan would be if my pain didn't resolve. He also spoke to me about another issue he had seen in my chart and was concerned about. He seemed caring and genuinely interested in my overall well-being. It was a really nice experience and I appreciated his attentive care, as well as his thoroughness in letting me know what steps to take next if I did not get better within a week. I would recommend him to others.

Had a great experience yesterday when Therin Hill, PA, stitched up a cut in my leg, assisted by nurse Brooke. The entire staff was very friendly, and clearly explained how payment would work in relation to my insurance. I was hesitant to come here based on negative reviews but didn't want to spend all afternoon in the hospital ER, so my positive experience was a pleasant surprise. The building was very clean and I'll be coming back in the future when I need medical care as I don't have a regular Dr.

Don't waste your time here. The staff is rude, unfriendly, and treat you like you're the dumbest person alive. Even if you hold your place in line through their check in it won't mean squat. Be prepared to wait atleast an hour still.

If I could rate this negative stars I would! I went there and got attended by MD Arthur Kennedy. Not only did I pay over $100 for this visit, which really wasn't my biggest concerned, but even after paying them I told them that I was there about 2 symptoms and they told me "the doctor can only see you for one thing so you need to pick which one is more important". The doctor came in and I told him my two issues and he says that he can only attend me for one thing as well. That does not make any sense to me. If you go to the doctor with 100 symptoms they should be able to treat you based on all of your issues not just one. And on top of that the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The only person that had some common sense was the person at the front desk, but the actual medical personnel was terrible! Do not waste your time or money here. I would suggest urgent care med care instead.
