Tried to do a workers comp case at 4:30 after showing my paperwork, which the front receptionist didn't read at all, she called my boss asking for information already on the sheet and claimed I needed more paperwork but I had all the numbers, addresses and my claim number. Was told to leave at 5:30 as they needed to close and sent away with out seeing a doctor. It was quite obvious she wanted to close shop. She was very combative and rude. Now I have to go to the emergency room for stitches. By far my experience with doctors care has been a sorry one and I would never advise it for anyone.

My fiance' went to this medical facility because he was having some discomfort and of course they were very rude and not concern as to his well being. When he came from the back from seeing the doctor he looked like he was in distress. I couldn't understand what had happen, he told me he never felt more humiliate in his life and to make matters worse when he called back to see if his test results were back the receptionist was rude, telling him, NO, his results aren't back yet and they will call him, but they also told him he would know the results in 3 days well 3 days turned into 5days and he still had to contact them again to get the results. They just told him the results and nothing as to what to do if or maybe the symptoms reoccured. So he will not be returning there ever, and they really need some bed side manners starting with the receptionist and continue threw out the facility. The experience was very disturbing and disappointing.

Horrible - no care at this Doctor's Care. ! I presented about 5 pm on Friday felling terrible with a very sore throat and ear pain. I saw the doctor quickly but he was of little help. Dr. Reynolds asked me what i did for a living and when I told him that I taught writing he was more interested in asking me to help him learn how to write, than my care. Despite my questions, he didn't even tell me what he thought was going on with me (short of fluid behind ear but no infection "yet" and strep test was negative) or what medicine he was prescribing but at least he did tell me to call back should i have a fever develop and he would prescribe an antibiotic. Well last night about 8 pm, after being on Tylenol all day, a fever over 100 degrees developed and while the website says they are open today, they don't answer the phone. I thought I might try another Doctors Care (Forest Dr.) to see if the number was right, only to find that they are not even open on Sunday's in July, despite what the website says and no one at the Cross Hill clinic bothered to share this during my appointment. Shame on me for NOT reading the reviews as I would never have gone to this Doctors Care had I done so, I simply wanted to get some care at the closest clinic w/ the shortest wait time. Shame on you for having a clinic that operates in this manner. I am glad that they are closed on Sunday's during July so other patients don't have to deal with this poor level of service, you simply offer nice messages from someone in corporate apologizing. It is about time you do something about this clinic and it takes two keystrokes to update your website, get on it!. Words only go so far, DO SOMETHING responsible about this clinic!
Irresponsible! I will NEVER return to another Doctors Care! There is no care here!

Literally worst visit to any doctors care I've ever been to. If your debating between this one and Main Street go to Main Street. The nurses don't speak ill about patients where they can hear. They nurses don't joke around rather than do their job. Also the DC on Main Street won't have you waiting for 3+ hours on a strep test. In my own personal and professional opinion this location should either A) fire the entire staff and start fresh or B) close down.

The phone operator and nursing staff were very attentive and helpful. However, I cannot say the same about my doctor. The moment he stepped into my room, he backed up, walking out into the hallway. Not closing the door, he asked a nurse who was worse off between me and another patient, who had been there for 1/4 of the time I had, who didn't really have any symptoms that raised any alarm, besides a stuffy nose.
Minutes later, he come back into my room and asks me what am I there for; I was there for 2 different things. First, I have strep throat. Haven't been able to drink in a day and have a fever for two. Second, was due to an car accident that left lasting damage on my right knee, that started acting up to the point where I couldn't walk. I'd wake up at night, with pangs shooting up my leg, into my back.
After he checked out my breathing and where the pain was, his response was, "if you want to be properly treated you should not have come in last minute. I'll write you some scripts/imaging and we'll see if any of it works.." then leaves room. Apparently that meant I was done, but seeing as no one told me, I stayed in the room and waited over 15 minutes for a nurse to come and see why I hadn't walked out yet. I wasn't going to say anything until that happened.
I'm sorry, but I work about +60 hours split between two jobs, no days off. I take care of AT LEAST four others people. I woke up from my shift at ended at 4am, last night, at 9, to have to call out work, get showered and dress from the sweats that my fever had going all night, had to get the other situated which took until 1pm, came in by 1:45, waited till 2:13 for them to tell me my estimated wait time would be 4:50.. Whether I am the first person through the door or a last minute, I should have been treated with some decency and respect. If not, at least I should have been given a referral to a place that could help treat me. and not had my treatment overlooked because he was ready to leave. You clearly saw I was in pain, but due to your scheduled clock out time, deemed it unimportant and left me to wait without knowing what was going on at all within me.
Never going back again. Five stars for the nurses and tech staff, but 2 for the entirety of the experience. Zero for doctor.
*Update: out of the four prescriptions I was given, only ONE is actually used to treat the symptoms I went in for. I just spent more than $200 for nothing. Downvote to one star.
*Update: medicine didn't work. My condition continued to get worse until I went to the E.R. I have mono. I will be seeking legal action.
