The Best Women's Center ever. The friendliest staff, the best service and atmosphere. Ive never had a bad experience here. My overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this facility as well as the hospital to anyone!!!! Wonderful all around!! I have successfully delivered two of my children here. Dr. Estes, Dr. Skinner, Dr. Gallery are some of the best doctors here.

I love all of the midwives. Darci Putnam is wonderful and very hands on with patients and cares to get to know the patients and develops relationships. Donna Andrews delivered my baby and I couldn't ask for a better experience she walked me through it all and was very caring and even checked on me before she left me the next day. As far as the front desk goes nobody EVER answers the phone sometimes you can leave a message and sometimes they want you to sit on hold for a year. I still haven't received a phone call back from the billing department since I first called them in the beginning of my pregnancy back in March. Whichever midwife is on call when you have questions or think your in labor in the middle of the night they will always answer your questions and make you feel so much better if you don't have to come in. I couldn't be more thankful.

I have currently been on hold now for 1 hr and 45 min !!! Can't leave a voicemail because they never call you back! Monkey's could do a better job then these people. If my phone call was so damn important to you how about answer the phone!!! All i want to do is reschedule an appointment ! That's all! This happens every time i call this place! And when i do finally get them on the phone my phone call last about a good five minutes !!!!!! I don't get it.

I'm so frustrated right now.

The staff is friendly and I like my ob but I feel like they are incredibly insensitive to my time.

If you are told they'll call you with (incredibly sensitive and important) lab results "today" it most certainly means it'll be next week.
They were an hour and 45 min late for my last appointment (to discuss the miscarriage I was currently having). We sat in the waiting room for forever with no time estimate to see the doctor.
And they keep screwing up my insurance policies and are billing them incorrectly, I left several messages 3 weeks ago with no reply.

I wish my ob worked somewhere else, I'm currently looking into switching to a different obgyn office.

I am a patient of Dr. Jaime Brown Price and could not ask for a more kind, compassionate doctor . She makes you feel as though you are her only patient and spends as much time needed with you, which is so rare today. Her staff is great as well. Megan is wonderful and has returned all my calls and was so helpful after my surgery. Everyone in the office has always been so kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brown Price and her entire staff. They have been a true blessing when I definitely have needed it the most.
