Was in and out pretty quickly (made sure I was there when it opened) Diagnosed and medication prescribed. The only weird thing was that there were two young staff folks (interns? Seems way too young) who stood in the room while I was with the doctor, furiously writing on tablets. They never spoke, they weren't introduced, they never smiled, I swear they were like the children of the corn or something! I felt really bad while there so didn't think about it at the time, but when I got home I was like, "whoa, what was THAT?"

The care at this urgent care was great, fast, and efficient. However, BEWARE of the billing system at this clinic! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! I was told there would be a $35 co-pay because the computers were down the day of my visit. Three days later they charged an extra $60. This made my 5 minute office visit a $95 experience and I have two forms of insurance. They claim that it's something called "After the Fact". Read all forms and ask plenty of questions before giving them any payment information.

I had a fantastic experience here on Tuesday! They quickly checked me in and took me to a patient room. I was dehydrated so they explained I would need fluids and some blood work done. At first I was hesistant because I passed out the last time I had blood work done, but the med tech Gloria was fantastic and kept me at ease the entire time. Dr. Pawlik was so nice and understanding. He's clearly very knowledgeable and loves what he does. I couldn't have asked for a better visit!

I had an excellent experience. They were fast and very professional. The PA and Med Techs were great. I've gone to other urgent cares and they can't compare.... Update 06-01-2017 They suck I was misdiagnosed and had to go back. I went to another urgent care who was able to resolve my problems.. Now I'm out of over $200 for nothing but a bunch of wasted time!!! Get better medical professionals!!!

Our experience was as good as it gets with regards to urgent care. My daughter was very sick and we visited near closing time. The staff was very welcoming and concerned for my daughter's well-being. They were very efficient with paper-work and the whole intake process. We were seen quickly after our arrival. The PA was so sweet and took her time to discuss our treatment options. No one tried to rush us out of the door. We were encouraged to call back if necessary and they could call other Rx in to the pharmacy if needed. Although cost is not always the deciding factor when discussing health/treatment, charges for the visit/lab tests were also quite reasonable compared to local quick clinics and emergency facilities.
