I've had nothing but excellent care and compassion from Dr. Mattei and his staff. They treat you with dignity and respect and take the time to listen to your problems and concerns. This is the best Dr. And staff I have been able to find in years. I thank them every day in my prayers!

To say the least this office defiantly lives up to the 2.8 rating.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here, very slow and the staff is extremely rude .

Don't bother. I would highly recommend Dr. P. Brown at the Lexington location, but if you can help it skip this office. Front office staff is rude and your appointment time will never be honored. Today I watched a woman storm out after waiting an hour for her appointment and listening to the receptionist admit that they skipped her for someone else in the waiting room. Healthcare is a business and you still need to practice good customer service.
