The staff at this facility are terrible. They are uneducated, rude and completely frightened to death of losing their job for saying or doing something wrong. This atmosphere of fear has lead to an apathetic, completely unprofessional and downright incompetent group of staff. The so-called social worker for the facility is the worse of the bunch, providing outright false information to intimidate and bully those who question anything in this facility. I was told directly that in order to obtain public information such as the company's medical disclosure policy or HIPAA compliance rules, I would need a subpoena. Seriously? Will follow up with a report to DSS as this facility is the the worse!

This place has a very negative vibe. The DON does not care how she talks to her staff, I was there visiting my aunt 4 weeks ago , and all i could hear was how dumb and stupid her nurses were... Very unprofessional!!!! However, the activities department works wonderful with the residents. They always have activities for the resident s and very outgoing.

My Aunt was admitted to this facility and was only there for several days. She fell multiple times, no interventions were put in place to prevent further falls. Several meal trays we're in here room uneaten, no one attempted to assist her eat or make note that she wasn't eating. On several occasions she was found by family members in saturated briefs with urine and stool. Prior going into the facility she had no breakdown. At this time her bottom is open and bleeding from staying in the briefs souled for extended periods of time. We inquired about making a hospice referral and taking my aunt home. The facility refused to make the referral stating she came in for therapy and a hospice referral can't be made. My aunt contacted hospice herself and they came to assess my aunt. Chad Alexander asked my aunt to sign AMA paperwork so that she could be discharged home with hospice. From that point on, my aunt received no further care, the staff stating since she signed the AMA paperwork, there was nothing that they could do. My aunt fell again in her room and NO staff would assist my family to get her off the floor. She was on the floor in a saturated brief and she has not been able to stand in more than a week. Several staff members came in the room and again stated they could not assist in getting my aunt off the floor and they refused to help put her in the car to go home.
