I am giving this office five stars because of how quickly they rectified me being overlooked when I first came in with my daughter as a new patient....this is a busy office and after being there an hour I went to the window and was quickly taken care of by one of the office staff members by the name of Ashley. She got me straight to the back. If the rest of the office staff follows her lead this office will run smooth. Great experience that could have potentially been bad if it had not been for her. The nurses are very sweet and were very good with my daughter.

I had an excellent experience here for the first time this week. The staff were professional, fast, and friendly. The office was clean! Which is always something I check for and a big plus for me. Dr. Wilson was better than I could have expected! She exceeded my expectations. She was great with my son and respectful of our lifestyle with a non pushy attitude. We will definitely be returning!

Dr. Thompson is great. But she alone is the only reason we have come here for so many years. The wait times are AWFUL, they don't separate the sick and well kids the way they should, we have gotten sick from every well check we've ever had, because of horribly sick children coughing all over us on the "well" side, we don't even bother going anymore. Last well check, we waited for 4 hours to be seen. Never again.

Calling here to make an appointment or cancel an appointment is it hassle they always put you on hold and you're waiting forever sometimes I have to call back, just to make an appointment. But I love Dr Lynn Lovelace Wilson. That's the only reason why I keep going here otherwise I would have found a more reliable place to go to.

Dr hightower is the best she has been amazing to my daughter. She is also very understanding to my concern when it comes to vaccines this is why I travel 20+ miles to her
