Fantastic staff, always very helpful. Had a large conference group with me and the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

large rooms - improved bathrooms since last time. good fitness studio. always coffee and tea in lobby area. However, staff at times very inattentive and inflexible. For example, had to ask 2 times for butter just for them to bring me vegetable spread. Furthermore, you cannot open your room's windows - so rooms will always be a bit smelly and too airconditioned.

The ballroom was very nice, as was the hall outside. The service (and food) from Ruth Chris was amazing. I only wish the restrooms had a smaller wait time.

Was there for the Prevention Conference. Was so impressed with the beautiful art adorning the walls and the saltwater pool. The room was so comfy. Slept amazing. Better than home !

The hotel itself was comfy and cozy. Set and feel was nice but the front lady was not the best. That kind of employee kills the company vibe. Breakfast was wonderful. The weight room needs to be worked on but if you’re into running the stair master it’s all good.
