Hartford Insurance

My Father served in the US Navy. I have all my insurance through USAA except USAA does not do Office building insurance. USAA has an alliance with Hartford insurance which is why I hired them to insure my office building. I used them for 6 years and never had a problem. I have never made a claim with any of the properties that I own. I randomly get a 30 day notice that they are dropping me. When I called to ask why the underwriter who dropped me says based on a satellite image she thinks my roof looks to old. I told her I just had it resealed with in the last two years and had it inspected with in the last month and was told it was in good shape. My building is very well kept and has lots of updates to it. I asked her what color my roof was based on her image. She could not tell me. The reason I asked was it used to be black but I had it resealed white. I told her I thought she might be looking at the wrong roof and she said no that she could see it was a very tall building. I then informed her my building was only 1600 sqft, one story with 8 ft ceilings. Again I tried to tell her she must be looking at the wrong building. She said she would never do that and that she was positive it was the correct building. I tried to ask why they did not even call me to ask about my roof or send someone out to look at it before just dropping me. She did not have an answer. I am very disappointed and it seems even if you never make a late payment or claim they are still going to eventually drop you for something stupid. Probably better off choosing a different company than one that does not want your business.
